WARD WILFORD SEVERTS

WARD WILFORD SEVERTS, pilot for Federal Express in Memphis and U.S. Veteran, died instantly July 5, 2008 when his single engine plane crashed in Fayette County near Rossville. He was forty-eight years of age.

Funeral Services for Mr. Severts were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of Latter Days Saints in Boise, Idaho. Interment with Full Military Honors followed in the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery at Boise. Local arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes-Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mr. Severts was born February 13, 1959, in Cody, Wyoming. He was a Mormon and was a United States Air Force Veteran, recently returning from a tour in Afghanistan.

Survivors include wife, Dana Severts and 3 children.

The family request that Memorials be directed to the charity or organization of the donor's choice.
