William "Bill" Franklin Carneal, Jr.

William Franklin “Bill” Carneal, Jr., resident of the Moscow Community, United States Navy Veteran and husband of Janice Lowrey Carneal departed this life Wednesday afternoon, December 4, 2013 at his residence. He was 72 years of age and died following an extended illness.
At Mr. Carneal’s request, services and interment were private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes and Cremation Center — Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mr. Carneal was born September 4, 1941 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Franklin Carneal, Sr. and Mary Catherine Schultz Carneal. He was a United States Naval Veteran and served in Cambodia. He was a Catholic and had been a resident of Fayette County since 1970. He was a self-employed consultant before his retirement. He was married May 23, 2012 to the former Janice Lowrey of Fayette County, who survives.
Mr. Carneal leaves his wife, other family members and many friends.
