William “Bill” Rhea, age 67, retired investment and insurance representative, passed away January 29, 2017.
He leaves his wife of over 42 years, Patrice; two sons, William and Colter Rhea; stepdaughter, Jennifer Proctor; his sister, Pat Skelton; and his brother, Travis Rhea.
At Bill’s request, there will be no funeral.
