Will "Mack" Watson

Will “Mack” Watson, age 87, resident of Somerville, Tennessee, departed this life Friday, November 30, 2018 at his residence.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Watson was held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. Jeremy Arnold of Henderson, Tennessee, officiating. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mack was born August 19, 1931 in Lauderdale County, Tennessee, the son of the late John Henry Watson, Sr. and Lydia Mae Nolan Watson. He received his education in Ripley, Tennessee and served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed with the State of Tennessee - Department of Forestry division for many years before his retirement and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and sharing his produce from his garden with his neighbors.

Mr. Watson is survived by his nieces and nephews, Preston Watson (Brandee), Clayton Watson (Elisha), Carla Hall (Jack), Sheila Walton (Jimmy), Vivian Shelton (Johnny), Ann Mills (Rick), Pam Dalryple (Don), Gail Burnette and Pat Knox. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Minnie Kate Klutts and three brothers, John Henry Watson, Jr., Donald Eugene Watson and Robert Watson.
