Winfred Marie (Carter) Gray

Winfred Marie Carter Gray, age 80, resident of the Fisherville Community, departed this life Saturday, January 31, 2015 at her residence.
Services and Interment for Mrs. Gray were private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mrs. Gray was born August 6, 1934 in Adolphus, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Andrew Carter and Mattie Tutle Carter. She received her education in the Kentucky Public School System and was employed in the optical industry before her retirement. She was a resident of the Fisherville Community for many years.
Mrs. Gray is survived by her brother, Walter Carter of Hendersonville, TN; her stepdaughter, Pamela James (Edmond) of Collierville; two stepsons, Billy Gray of Memphis, Tim Gray of Memphis; her nephew, Jimmy Gray; her niece, Lisa Deaton; and two step-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the church, charity or organization of the donor's choice.
